SENECA LAKE
( SENA-KA )
The deepest of the Finger Lakes, Seneca is named after one of the tribes of the Iroquois Confederacy. Seneca is one of 2 Finger Lakes that can be reached from any port in the world ( Cayuga Lake is the other ) via the Erie and Seneca- Cayuga Canals. Listen carefully and you may even hear the mysterious "Seneca Lake Drums" that come out of the lake.
