LAURENTIDE BEER CO. Two and a half million years ago in the midst of the Ice Ages, the Laurentide Ice Sheet and Glacier was formed which ultimately created the largest freshwater lakes in North America including New York’s Finger Lakes. From Ice comes Water, from Water comes Beer. Established in 2020, Laurentide Beer Company was created through lifelong friendships paired by a mutual love of the Finger Lakes, travel, adventure and most importantly good beer.

KEUKA SPRING WINERY Keuka Spring's vineyards are in an excellent location for growing and ripenening winegrapes. Sloping towards Keuka Lake on the east side of the east branch, with nutrient-rich Honeoye silt loam soil, the vines receive plenty of afternoon sun, an extended ripening season, and are protected from early frosts in the fall and late frosts in the spring by the slope of the hill and its proximity to Keuka Lake.

WEIS VINEYARDS Born in Zell Mosel, Germany, Winemaker Hans Peter Weis grew up in the vineyards and cellar of his family winery.
